Student-athlete information is kept on file by the Eligibility Center until it is complete. A complete file contains the on-line registration, fee payment or fee waiver, ACT or SAT score report from the official testing agency, and an official transcript from each high school attended.
Each NCAA university that is interested in a student-athlete will place him or her on the university’s Institutional Request List [IRL]. These student-athletes
